Some people just seem to coast through life and everything seems to go their way. But for others, it’s not so easy. “Why is that?” you may ask yourself. “Why is it that so and so has it so good, while I myself do not? What is so special about THEM?” (Well, first of all, the Lord God has said that we are NOT to envy what others have).

But let me ask you something. Is the “so and so” in your life right with Jesus Christ? Do they even BELIEVE in Jesus Christ? My guess is likely no. Then again, if they DO believe in Jesus Christ and are trying to live a life that’s pleasing to him, then it’s highly possible that the Lord Jesus Christ is *rewarding* them for their efforts and that you yourself may have some sin that needs to be repented of, yet…..Either that or it’s possible that the Lord is soon “planning” to bless you in your own life but hey…..if you keep up the complaining like that, and comparing yourself to others, the Lord Jesus Christ may decide altogether to *withdrawal* your “blessings” and give them to someone else.

“But what if so and so is NOT right with Jesus Christ and keeps getting blessed in their life ten-fold, while I’m stuck here, trying to live a life that’s pleasing to God and I still have NOTHING?”, you may ask.

Well, let me tell you something. While “so and so” may have all the material wealth, friends, jobs, attention, & adoration in the world, “so and so” TRULY gots *nothing* when it comes to “spiritual wealth”. See, one of these days, this world is gonna pass away and everything in it (including all the material wealth). And then immediately afterwards, all humans that have lived on the Earth are going to be standing before Jesus Christ. “And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire” Revelation 20:15 (New Testament, book of Revelation, chapter 20, verse 15).

So while “so and so” seems to have it all NOW, “so and so” won’t have it so good when it comes to Judgment Day, unless they repent. And same with YOU, my friends, if you don’t get rid of your envy. See, cause all those who put their faith, love and trust into JESUS CHRIST and try to live a life that is pleasing to him WILL be spared eternal punishment in the “flame that never quenches”, WILL be forgiven of ALL SINS (every single wrong thing they ever said, thought or did throughout their lifetimes), and WILL have eternal life with Jesus Christ in Paradise/the “new Earth” someday. In other words, they’ll be eternally “living it up” with Jesus Christ someday. Isaiah 65:17 states (Old Testament, book of Isaiah, chapter 65, verse 15) “Behold, I create new heavens and a new Earth, and the former shall not be remembered nor come to mind”.

So while it might not seem at times like YOU, the Christian(s), has that much in this world right NOW (as Book of James 4:4 in New Testament says that we are to live APART from the world), you WILL have everything you could ever need in the “new Earth” of Jesus Christ someday. See, while you might not realize it NOW, and while you might FEEL as if you have nothing for the moment, in REALITY, you ALREADY HAVE everything you need in Jesus Christ and you’ve already BEEN pre-determined to live in the new heaven and new Earth someday! (Provided that you stay 100% right with God/Jesus Christ, ofcourse…….)

See, when it all comes down to it, the “have it alls” are, according to God “spiritually naked”. This is evident in Revelation 3:17 (New Testament, book of Revelation chapter 3, verse 17) which states: “Because thou sayest “I am rich and increased with goods, and have need of nothing’: and knowest not that thou art wretched and miserable and poor and blind and naked”.

Have you ever seen what looked like a luscious piece of fruit at the grocery store that seemed PERFECTLY ripe and so you excitedly bought it and brought it home, not being able to wait to sink your teeth into it, only to find out that the INSIDE of the fruit was rotten, mildewy and MOLDY? So it is with those unfortunate souls who appear to “have it all” on the outside but that do not have ANYTHING on the inside, spiritually speaking.

Jesus Christ searches the hearts, the souls and the minds to see if there’s any good man, woman or child left on Earth who desires to do what is “right” in his site! He formed each of us in our mother’s womb. He knew our every thought, deed and action, even before we thought it or said it. Jesus Christ is like a “heavenly tape recorder/camcorder” that records every single thing we do in this life!

So how terrible and TERRIFYING it will be for all those folks out there who never desired to get to know Jesus and/or that CHOOSE to ignore him and/or his commands in the bible [like celebration of the Lord’s 7 Annual Feasts outlined in both Old AND New Testament, the true BIBLICAL Sabbath (Saturday), the TRUE “Easter” (known as Passover), the Sermon on the Mount teachings which expanded on the 10 commandments, etc.etc.!!!!!!!

Many people out there today whom say they don’t believe aren’t even WILLING to look at evidence that Jesus Christ existed. Many say “well, if I saw some non-Christian sources that confirmed Jesus Christ, THEN I would believe”. Well Atheists & Agnostics, here’s your chance. Examine the non-Christian evidence. Be blessed.

And then, after you get done reading the sources and IF you STILL don’t believe, then you can always PRAY to believe! Pray “Lord Jesus, I’m not totally sure if I believe in you or not but please reveal yourself unto me” and then sit back and wait for the Lord to reveal himself onto you. Also study the COMPLEXITY of DNA and Astronomy and Physics and the laws of Physics. Chances are, if you study the complexity of DNA, Astronomy, Biology and/or Physics in GREAT DETAIL, you will have to admit that we’re not alone in the universe!

Many Atheists want to claim “science” over God but they’re forgetting one vital thing: God IS science. He CREATED science. In fact, science is how God shows HOW he made things, if you want to look at it that way. In fact, scripture itself declares that the universe LOUDLY PROCLAIMS the existence of God/the divine creator:

Psalm 19:1 “The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork“

But going back to the Christians out there who are struggling, who are going through some hard times and of whom think that the Lord Jesus Christ has forgotten about them….Remember in Hebrews 13:5, the Lord hath said: “Let your conversation be without covetousness [envy]; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, ‘I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee“.

Jesus Christ never said our “Christian journey” in this life would be EASY. In fact, he said it would be anything BUT. The Lord hath said in the New Testament in John15:18 “If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before you“. Not to mention in Luke9:23 “And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me“. He also said in Matthew 24:9 “Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake“.

However, for those who ARE/end up being persecuted, the Lord Jesus hath also said in Matthew 24:13 “But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved“. He continues on in Matthew 5:10-12 when he states: “Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you“.

Also remember as well that Jesus Christ said in Matthew 7:13-14 “Enter ye in at the strait gate, for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto LIFE [Jesus Christ], and FEW there be that find it”. So in other words, what that passage is saying is that VERY, VERY FEW people will make it to “heaven” (aka New Jerusalem) but that MANY, MANY PEOPLE will be sent to HELL AND/OR THE LAKE OF FIRE because of the choice(s) they made in life! While the good majority of people today REJECT Jesus and the bible, a select FEW EMBRACE Jesus and the gospel! 

Jesus himself ALSO said the following in Luke 12:32 “Fear not, LITTLE FLOCK; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom”. LITTLE FLOCK! Wow! Such powerful words! 

Also: Let us not forget Matthew 7: 21-23 which states, “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity”. 

 In other words, lots and lots of so-called “Christians” THEMSELVES will end up in HELL and/or THE LAKE OF FIRE someday because they THOUGHT they were doing what Jesus wanted when they truly were NOT doing what Jesus wanted in their lives AT ALL! OUCH! So how can WE, AS CHRISTIANS, prevent this from happening to any of US? The answer is simple: SUBMIT TO JESUS AND HIS COMMANDMENTS! 

The 10 commandments and The Sermon On The Mount Teachings in Matthew chapters 5-7 are a good start. Please remember that Jesus said in Matthew 15:18-19 “For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven”.

Psalm 90:2 proclaims: “Before the mountains were brought forth, Or ever You had formed the earth and the world, Even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God”.

So, in other words, Jesus hails FROM EVERLASTING TO EVERLASTING. HE does not change, nor do his heavenly laws change! He is a fair and consistent God! In other words, he’s not gonna tell the Jews they can’t have pork and then “allow” pork to be eaten by Christians! Just like he’s not gonna make the Jews keep the “biblical Sabbath”, then CHANGE his holy consecrated Sabbath to ANOTHER day of the week!

Just like he’s not gonna command the Jews to keep the “biblical holidays”, then allow Christians to celebrate holidays that have NOTHING TO DO WITH HIM and that actually MOCK HIM! (i.e. Isaiah 55 begins with “Ho”. WHERE does Santa Claus get his “Ho, Ho, Ho” from? Ever wonder that? And THE EASTER BUNNY? Rabbit? Sign of fertility? PLAYBOY “BUNNIES?” You get the idea).

Here are SEVERAL scriptures to prove that God’s Law DOES NOT CHANGE if you’re still not convinced on that:

John 14:15 “If ye love me, keep my commandments”.

Mark 2:28 “Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath”

Isaiah 66: 22-23 “For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the Lord, so shall your seed and your name remain. And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the Lord“

Matthew 15:18 “For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled”

Isaiah 14:16-19 “And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles. And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain. And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain; there shall be the plague, wherewith the Lord will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles. This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles”.

If you’re unsure what Jesus wants you to do or if you’re struggling to know if the current “Christian path” and “Christian ways” you’re following is the CORRECT one, just pray the following:

“Lord, after reading the Matthew 7:21-23 passage and other passage, my soul is SHAKEN UP! I’m scared! I’m in spiritual turmoil right now! I truly don’t know if I’m following the 100% correct path or not! Please SHOW ME the truth in your written word! Make it as plain and clear as day! Speak to me in visions and dreams for confirmation! SHOW ME **WHY** and BY WHOM “the church” has changed SO MUCH from the time of Jesus until now and rather or not the *modern day Christian church* is “right” or not! SHOW ME how YOU will have me to live and SHOW ME what is your 100% BIBLICAL TRUTH and what isn’t! I say this in Jesus’s name, AMEN”. 

But what about the book of Job (pronounced Yob in Hebrew, Jobe or Yobe in other cases) in the Old Testament (the time BEFORE Jesus)? Job suffered all sorts of calamities in one single day or more (including losing his cattle, his children, his land, his wealth, etc.) while the Lord God was testing his faith…..

See, the Devil (Satan) was the one doing all the terrible things to Job, thinking he could get Job to TURN on God and the Lord God was the one more or less saying to the Devil “test him all you want to, he won’t fail me, he’s one of my most faithful servants!” (And oddly enough, Job apparently wasn’t even Jewish!) Well, needless to say, Job “kept the faith” all throughout his trials & tribulations and even PRAISED the Lord God, even through the midst of all his suffering (both praising God for the good AND the bad stuff in his life), and we ourselves need to learn to do the SAME.

Remember: When you got struggles in life, it’s either because you need to repent of something OR it’s because the Lord is wisely testing and/or building your endurance and/or your faith by allowing Satan to spiritually attack you in order to test you. [Remember that Job got back twice or more what he had lost!]

Whenever you feel down and out or are struggling, just remember Job and let Job be the living example of how to keep the faith and how to live right for God, even through the “midst” of it all. And either you need to repent of something and come back to Jesus Christ OR Jesus Christ is allowing the Devil to spiritually test you in order to test you and/or strengthen your endurance or your faith.

If you’re a Christian who’s trying your very best to get right with Jesus Christ and you’re being severely persecuted, praise the Lord in the heavens! For it means that the Devil considers you (at this moment in time) an utter threat to him!

And in closing, I’d just like to say that the NUMBER ONE thing you should be doing is PRAISING HIM! Even when you don’t feel like it! Do you have a job? PRAISE HIM! Do you have a place to live? PRAISE HIM! Do you have a car right now? PRAISE HIM! Do you have clothes on your back and food in your mouth? PRAISE HIM! If you have all the bare essentials, you have NO reason to complain! But whatever it is in life that you’re not happy about, PRAY ABOUT IT, DON’T *COMPLAIN* ABOUT IT! 

May the Lord Jesus Christ be with you all and may you hunger and thirst for righteousness in the Lord’s TRUE eternal truth, always! Amen.
